Events

We look forward to engaging the community this summer in a variety of ways  to gather input, feedback and support.  If you have a suggestion about an event or group gathering or would like more information about any of the events listed here, please send an email to BenzieWAC@gmail.com with your ideas or inquiry.

We had a great time at the Thompsonville Summerfest (a family-friendly community resource fair) on June 16th from 6-8pm at the Fire Barn (14714 Lincoln St) in Thompsonville.

Many thanks to Common Good Bakery for hosting a 
“Dinner for Good” fundraiser June 12th
at 1115 E 8th St in Traverse City to support the BWAC.  

4th of July Parade in Frankfort
It was a glorious morning for this celebration!
The BWAC marchers tossed out lifesavers candy to the spectatators - a
a reminder about how our project will impact our community!








BWAC Estate Sale on July 11th-13th
More details about sale items & logistics are on the "Estate Sale"
tab at the top of the page.  It will be held at 7048 Severance St
(former Crystal Lake Elementary School) in Benzonia

Highway in Frankfort.
