DIANE TRACY

President

Retired development and major gifts officer (most recently at Kalamazoo College and the University of Michigan). Serves on the Congregational Summer Assembly’s Board of Trustees, Executive Committee, Waterfront Committee and Pilgrim Fund Board of Trustees.

BRAD BANKS

Vice President

Energy Efficiency Analyst in the Energy Waste Reduction Section of the Michigan Public Service Commission and Chair of MPSC’s Low Income Workgroup. Lead instructor for the Water Safety program at the Michigan State Police Training Academy.

BETH FITZSIMMONS

Director

Founder of Information Strategists, LLC. Chaired the National Commission on Libraries and Information Science. Former Regent at Eastern Michigan University and board member at the Ann Arbor YMCA. Board member of the Oliver Arts Center and Community Advisory Council at Interlochen Public Radio.

MARY HUTCHINSON

Secretary

Associate Professor Emeritus at Penn State University of English as a Second Language.  While at Penn State she also served as Faculty Advisor for the Civic and Community Engagement minor, and Coordinator for the Elementary Education and First-Year Seminar Programs.

JEFFREY JOHNSON

Treasurer

Retired after 49 years in the Wealth Management/Private Bank business primarily with the Northern Trust Company on the east coast of Florida.  Roles included Senior Level Trust Administration and Senior Fiduciary Practice Leader and Business Development.   

JOHN ROTHHAAR

Ad Hoc Due Diligence and Design/Build Committee Chair

Retired Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Dow Corning Corporation.  Chair of Lake Township Planning Commission.  Former Trustee of Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital and Friends of the Betsie Valley Trail, where he also served as Trail Care Coordinator.  Former Chair of the City of Midland Parks and Recreation Commission.  

WANDA SHREINER

Nominating Committee Chair

Board Member of Crystal Lake Watershed Association and chair of Citations Committee at the Congregational Summer Assembly.

STEVE WALTON

Programming Committee Co-Chair

Retired teacher and coach at Sterling HS (IL). Football/track & field athlete. Serves on Buildings and Grounds, Human Resources, Tennis, and Citations Committees of the Congregational Summer Assembly. Officer of the Frankfort Rotary Club.
